Rethinking weight loss
Understand why past efforts haven’t worked. Explore the beliefs and expectations behind restriction, control, and self-blame before trying another solution.
The standalone online course
Change your relationship with food, your body, and yourself—from understanding the patterns to practising a different way of living.
Work through 12 modules of teaching, guided practices, and practical exercises at your own pace. Go beyond knowing what you “should” do, and learn how to put a different relationship with food into practice.
You may have tried diets, food rules, or intuitive eating and still find yourself moving between control and feeling out of control. Perhaps food takes up more space than you want, body criticism follows you through the day, or eating becomes a way to deal with difficult emotions.
This course brings psychological understanding together with experience and practice. You’ll explore what keeps those patterns going, reconnect with your body’s signals, and build skills you can use when familiar situations return.
The four pillars
Understand why past efforts haven’t worked. Explore the beliefs and expectations behind restriction, control, and self-blame before trying another solution.
Reconnect with hunger and fullness, choose foods that satisfy and nourish you, and explore body image and a sustainable relationship with movement.
Develop emotional regulation skills, work with stress and perfectionism, and recognise the familiar roles and identity patterns that influence your responses.
See the connections between food habits and the rest of your life. Apply what you learn to relationships, boundaries, self-trust, and everyday choices.
What you get
The course pairs explanation with guided experience. Each module gives you something to understand, something to practise, and a way to bring it into everyday life.
Pre-recorded video lessons on food, body image, and the psychological patterns beneath them, hosted on Skool.
Instructions on what to do, how to do it, and what to expect. Practices develop as you progress; you don’t need to arrive knowing how to meditate.
Guided practices linked to the focus of each module, including nourishment, the body, and your relationship with food.
Reflection prompts, practical tasks, and exercises to help you work with the material between lessons.
Further teachings that explore key areas in more depth, plus a digital copy of Bite Sized Peace.
A place to post questions, share reflections, and learn from discussions as you work through the material.
Inside the 12 modules
The sequence moves from understanding familiar patterns to working with hunger, fullness, body image, and the situations that make change difficult.
Follow it at your own pace, making time to practise and returning to lessons when you need them.
Understand the cycle of restriction and revisit what previous attempts have taught you. Begin the gratitude and meditation practices that develop throughout the course.
Identify the stories and assumptions that influence your eating, body image, and sense of control. Start noticing when those beliefs shape your choices.
Reconnect with physical hunger cues and begin learning how to recognise what your body is asking for.
Deepen your awareness of hunger signals and explore the confusion that can arise around when and how to eat.
Explore both foods you want to eat and foods that nourish you. Work with permission, restriction, enjoyment, and care as parts of the same relationship.
Practise being present with food. Learn how to pay attention to the experience of eating without turning mindfulness into another rule to follow.
Recognise fullness cues and explore how to respond to them while loosening rigid control and familiar food rules.
Use practical exercises and tasks to work with body criticism and develop a more respectful relationship with your body.
Apply the framework to meals out, birthday parties, holidays, and changing routines. Explore how to make it useful when life is unpredictable.
Look at how your relationship with food connects with wider emotional and life patterns, and where the same habits appear elsewhere.
Consider how you want to live, feel, and show up beyond food. Connect what you have learned with your priorities and choices.
Prepare for setbacks, recognise what to expect after the course, and build a plan for continuing independently.

Feeling comfortable in my body

More choice, even on holiday

Being present with friends
“Meeting up with friends was so good. Nobody cared what we all looked like it was genuine love we had for one another.”
